10 large potatoes
5 tablespoons of olive oil
1 red onion
Salt, ground black pepper
250 gr. Pork ham
150 gr. Cheese Geak classic
Wash the potatoes in the tray and sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper
Bake the potatoes in a 180 degree (c) oven for 45 minutes..
When the potatoes are ready, slice off the top and scoop the inside out and into a bowl
Puree the potato and mix it thoroughly with the egg, salt, ham and chopped onion, chopped parsley.
Stuff the potatoes with the filling and put the grated cheese on top, then bake at 180 degrees for another 15 minutes.
